We currently have 6 Gym Group locations in Nottingham, and they are all available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
All of our Nottingham locations offer free parking except for Nottingham City, which offers discounted parking fees to The Gym Group members.
The Gym Group is proud to provide high-quality gym equipment including a variety of top-of-the-line cardio machines, an excellent weightlifting area with a wide range of equipment, and everything you need to warm up and cool down.
Our doors are open to everyone 16 years of age and older. If you are under 18 and visiting one of our Nottingham gyms, please note that you will need to complete an online introduction before joining us in the gym.
Every membership option requires no contract, allowing you to cancel at any time. However, if you would like to pop into any of our locations to see what they’re like, you can take out a Day Pass. This allows you all day access to the location of your choice.
We have locker rooms, changing rooms, and showers available to our members at every Nottingham location.
