SAFE & WELCOMING

The Gym Group is a safe & welcoming space where we want everyone to get what they want from their workout; to release steam, smash goals or just get some me time. We don’t accept intimidation, discrimination, or harassment of any kind from anyone.

CLARITY & GUIDANCE

We’ve made our policy as straightforward as possible. It details what behaviours could constitute as harassment, bullying and victimisation and what to do if you have concerns. Built on our existing membership rules, any breach of this could result in termination.

RAISING AN ISSUE

OUR ACTIONS

Complaints will be dealt with in accordance with our complaint’s procedure. Concerns will be investigated and further action could be taken. Whilst we treat concerns with discretion to conduct a fair investigation, limited disclosures may be required.
