Fire up your body in this total-body circuits class. Combine strength, cardio and functional movements as you move through a circuit of high-intensity exercises. Short rest periods allow you to quickly catch your breath before we go again. This is a simple, effective workout that will build up your exercise library and enable you to challenge yourself from week to week.
