Our HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, 'robic, strength and conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

In our glute-focused small group training (SGT) session, you will execute a dynamic lineup of key exercises including the Glute Bridge, Hip Thrust, Goblet Squat, Romanian Deadlift, and Reverse Lunge. These targeted movements are designed to activate your glutes from all angles, enhancing both strength and definition. Led by our expert trainer, you will receive guidance and form corrections to ensure proper execution and maximum results.

SGT - Glutes

This is the perfect starting point for anyone looking to dive into Hyrox training. Designed for all fitness levels, it introduces you to the essential movements and techniques of Hyrox in a supportive and approachable environment. Hyrox Foundational

This small group training (SGT) session incorporates the best of bodyweight exercises and a range of equipment. Experience a comprehensive full-body workout incorporating bodyweight movements such as squats, lunges, and push-ups, seamlessly integrated with dumbbell exercises like rows, presses, and curls. Some sessions will also utilise other functional kit, such as resistance bands, stability balls, and kettlebells, to add variety and challenge to each exercise.  Our session will help improve your functional strength, joint stability, balance and core strength.


SGT-Functional Conditioning

Release some stress and have some fun in this energetic class built around the training methods used by boxers. This is a total-body workout, great for burning calories as well as building up your stamina and core strength. You will combine cardio and functional exercises whilst learning different boxing combinations, improving your confidence and co-ordination. With lots of paired exercises, this can be a great class to meet some fellow gym goers. 

Fit Box

Pump to the beat in this fun barbell class designed to help you burn fat, gain strength and tone your body. You will build confidence using a barbell and learn a range of key exercises that you can use outside the class as well. Fit Pump combines low weights with high repetition movements, building your muscular endurance. Suitable for all abilities, you will see your progression from week to week.

This cardio-focused class is all about improving your endurance and breathing efficiency to keep you going strong during long workouts. Our Core Health small group training (SGT)  session aims to provide you with valuable insights and practical knowledge on the importance of a strong and healthy core. Our trainer will educate you about the anatomy of the core, the role it plays in overall well-being, coach you through how to train it effectively.  Working through core activation, planks, abdominal crunches and rotational movements utilising a variety of equipment you will experience how regular core training will compliment the rest of your training routine.

SGT-Functional-Bodyweight

Whether you are a seasoned Hyrox athlete looking to sharpen your skills or a newcomer eager to explore this exhilarating sport, this session is perfect for anyone ready to push their limits and unleash their full potential. Our trainers will take you through the movement standards of each of the Hyrox functional stations whilst offering technical advice on how to improve your performance. The session will focus on 1 or 2 Hyrox stations to allow you to get the most from your 30 minutes.

SGT - Hyrox Technique

Here's a class that's designed to deliver all-round benefits, from head to toe. This whole-body workout combines cardio exercises to boost fitness levels with focused resistance training to help you trim down and tone up. You don't have to be a fitness fanatic to take part, every exercise can be adapted to your level. This is a complimentary workout to all fitness goals, conditioning your body for all exercise-types and sports.

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility

Alternating between fast-paced cardio and then strength exercises, this military-style interval workout is tough, but great fun too. This small group training (SGT) session will educate you on the benefits of Hiit Training whilst utilising some of our Hiit Kit.  You will use a variety of kit including rowers, battleropes, slam balls and kettlebells.  Your training element will focus on intervals on the a variety of kit that target cardiovascular improvements and high calorie burn. The strategic combination of this type  of equipment ensures a full-body workout that promotes endurance, strength, and stamina.
