Our HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, 'robic, strength and conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

HIIT

A strong core is not just about getting that six-pack of your dreams, it is the foundation for good posture, stability and balance and will help you improve your performance across a range of exercises and sports.  This is an efficient and effective exercise class, providing an intense workout to your abs and lower-back muscles. There is no time to rest as we work your core from multiple angles, building up to that awesome abs burn. You'll work muscles you never knew you had! 

Abs Blast 

Release some stress and have some fun in this energetic class built around the training methods used by boxers. This is a total-body workout, great for burning calories as well as building up your stamina and core strength. You will combine cardio and functional exercises whilst learning different boxing combinations, improving your confidence and co-ordination. With lots of paired exercises, this can be a great class to meet some fellow gym goers.

Unleash your strength with Hyrox Power! This class emphasizes the strength and functional movements vital for Hyrox performance. You'll focus on developing power, stability, and muscle endurance through targeted strength training exercises. Perfect for those who are looking to build the strength and confidence to take on heavy lifts, sled pushes, and other empowering challenges in Hyrox

Hyrox Power

Pump to the beat in this fun barbell/dumbbell class designed to help you burn fat, gain strength and tone your body. You will build confidence using a barbell and dumbbells, and learn a range of key exercises that you can use outside the class as well. Fit Pump combines low weights with high repetition movements, building your muscular endurance. Suitable for all abilities, you will see your progression from week to week.

Looking for the best of both worlds? Hyrox Complete combines strength, power and aerobic capacity.  This class balances cardio and strength training to prepare you for the diverse demands of Hyrox competition. It's the ultimate full-body workout to push your limits and optimize your performance

Short rest periods allow you to quickly catch your breath before we go again. Circuits

Build a solid aerobic base and boost your stamina with Hyrox Engine. This cardio-focused class is all about improving your endurance and breathing efficiency to keep you going strong during long workouts. Expect high-energy sessions that combine Ski-erg, rowing, and other cardiovascular exercises designed to enhance your overall aerobic capacity and performance.

This class blends stretching, strengthening postures, mobility and breathwork to help reduce stress, decrease injury and improve your flexibility.

Flexi-stretch

Wouldn't it be great if you could just click your fingers and 'hey presto!' - you've the leaner legs, toned tummy and the pert bum you've always dreamed about. Unfortunately, nothing's ever that easy, but this class is a great place to start! Get ready to squat, lunge, crunch and lift as you burn some calories and tone the key areas of your lower body.

Legs, Bums & Tums

This is the perfect starting point for anyone looking to dive into Hyrox training. Designed for all fitness levels, it introduces you to the essential movements and techniques of Hyrox in a supportive and approachable environment. Whether you're new to fitness or just exploring Hyrox for the first time, this class will set the foundation for your journey. Expect a mix of cardio, strength, and functional training tailored to build confidence and competence.

Hyrox Foundational

Ladies Who Lift is a comprehensive group coaching session and supportive community for women who want to know how to weight train properly, reach their fitness goals, and boost their overall confidence in the gym. This class is held in our free weights area. 


SGT-Ladies Who Lift

This class will improve your upper body strength and knowledge. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or expert, all fitness levels are welcome. Chest, back, shoulders and arms will all be targeted in this class, helping you develop a strong upper body and good posture. You will learn new exercises that you can introduce in your own workouts as well as practicing the correct technique so you stay safe and get the most from your training.

Upper Body Blast 

Develop your strength & power while improving your technique under the guidance of our expert &  friendly trainers. All levels welcome and beginners encouraged. Get ready to feel a real sense of achievement.


Weights for Women 

Squeeze, squat, lunge and lift your way through this strength class dedicated to 
your legs, core and mighty ‘gluteus maximus’. Incorporating a broad range of 
compound and isolation movements that help you build up your exercise library 
and confidence using weights. Our instructors will help you get those muscles 
fired up, leaving you with that awesome post work-out feeling! Build this class
