This is a total-body workout, great for burning calories as well as building up your stamina and core strength. You will combine cardio and functional exercises whilst learning different boxing combinations, improving your confidence and co-ordination. With lots of paired exercises, this can be a great class to meet some fellow gym goers. 

Fit Box

This class will improve your upper body strength and knowledge. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or expert, all fitness levels are welcome. Chest, back, shoulders and arms will all be targeted in this class, helping you develop a strong upper body and good posture. You will learn new exercises that you can introduce in your own workouts as well as practicing the correct technique so you stay safe and get the most from your training.

This cardio-focused class is all about improving your endurance and breathing efficiency to keep you going strong during long workouts. Expect high-energy sessions that combine Ski-erg, rowing, and other cardiovascular exercises designed to enhance your overall aerobic capacity and perform

Yoga means 'the union of mind, body and soul'. Seem a bit deep for you? Just wait until you've tried the stretches. Working through a sequence of postures - or asanas - you'll improve your flexibility, build muscle strength and ease tension. As always, let your breath fuel every move. Yoga

If pounding the treadmill or lifting weights isn't for you, Pilates could be. It's a sequence of stretches and strengthening postures to improve balance and flexibility and boost energy levels. It also gives you heightened body awareness, what we call your 'mind body connection'. But don't let that fool you into thinking it's easy. It might look gentle, but the results are 100" high impact.

In our glute-focused small group training (SGT) session, you will execute a dynamic lineup of key exercises including the Glute Bridge, Hip Thrust, Goblet Squat, Romanian Deadlift, and Reverse Lunge. These targeted movements are designed to activate your glutes from all angles, enhancing both strength and definition. Led by our expert trainer, you will receive guidance and form corrections to ensure proper execution and maximum results.

Squeeze, squat, lunge and lift your way through this strength class dedicated to 
your legs, core and mighty ‘gluteus maximus’. Incorporating a broad range of 
compound and isolation movements that help you build up your exercise library 
and confidence using weights. Our instructors will help you get those muscles 
fired up, leaving you with that awesome post work-out feeling! Build this class 
into your regular workout plan and start to see the results in those body parts we 
love so much!


Booty Builder

Pump to the beat in this fun barbell class designed to help you burn fat, gain strength and tone your body. You will build confidence using a barbell and learn a range of key exercises that you can use outside the class as well. Fit Pump combines low weights with high repetition movements, building your muscular endurance. Suitable for all abilities, you will see your progression from week to week.

Fit Pump

This small group training (SGT) session incorporates the best of bodyweight exercises and a range of equipment. Experience a comprehensive full-body workout incorporating bodyweight movements such as squats, lunges, and push-ups, seamlessly integrated with dumbbell exercises like rows, presses, and curls. Some sessions will also utilise other functional kit, such as resistance bands, stability balls, and kettlebells, to add variety and challenge to each exercise.  Our session will help improve your functional strength, joint stability, balance and core strength.
