If it's calories you want to burn, it's time get on your bike! Fit Cycle classes are high energy, hard-core cardio workouts, designed to push you to your limits. And while you're pedalling away, you'll be toning up, strengthening your core and lower body muscles and building up your cardio endurance.

This small group training (SGT) session utilises our fixed resistance kit. Led by our experienced trainers, this circuit offers a seamless sequence of machine-based exercises designed to target various muscle groups and promote overall strength.  The fixed resistance kit ensures a controlled and challenging workout, catering to individuals of all fitness levels.  Achieve your strength training goals in a controlled and supportive environment, guided by our expert trainers.


SGT-Machine Based Circuit Strength

Pump to the beat in this fun barbell class designed to help you burn fat, gain strength and tone your body. You will build confidence using a barbell and learn a range of key exercises that you can use outside the class as well. Fit Pump combines low weights with high repetition movements, building your muscular endurance. Suitable for all abilities, you will see your progression from week to week.

This class blends stretching, strengthening postures, mobility and breathwork to help reduce stress, decrease injury and improve your flexibility.

HYROX has carefully selected 8 functional movement exercises in combination with running that will work every part of the body and your different energy systems. Although HYROX races are always comprised of these same exercises, the HYROX training methodology will introduce various bodyweight and equipment exercises that will prepare you for your HYROX and will ensure a varied, dynamic and safe training routine.

HYROX

This class will improve your upper body strength and knowledge. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or expert, all fitness levels are welcome. Chest, back, shoulders and arms will all be targeted in this class, helping you develop a strong upper body and good posture. You will learn new exercises that you can introduce in your own workouts as well as practicing the correct technique so you stay safe and get the most from your training.

Upper Body Blast 

Wouldn't it be great if you could just click your fingers and 'hey presto!' - you've the leaner legs, toned tummy and the pert bum you've always dreamed about. Unfortunately, nothing's ever that easy, but this class is a great place to start! Get ready to squat, lunge, crunch and lift as you burn some calories and tone the key areas of your lower body.

Our HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, 'robic, strength and conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

Ladies Who Lift is a comprehensive group coaching session and supportive community for women who want to know how to weight train properly, reach their fitness goals, and boost their overall confidence in the gym. This class is held in our free weights area.

Fire up with 20 minutes of cardio, getting your heart pumping. Then transition into 20 minutes of strength + core exercises to get your muscles pumping. Burn calories and tone muscles in this total-body workout for all abilities.

Fire up your body in this total-body circuits class. Combine strength, cardio and functional movements as you move through a circuit of high-intensity exercises. Short rest periods allow you to quickly catch your breath before we go again. This is a simple, effective workout that will build up your exercise library and enable you to challenge yourself from week to week.
