Fit Box Circuits is a fast-paced and high intensity class based on the training methods used by boxers. You will move your way around a number of stations, alternating between cardio, strength and boxing exercises. With quick combinations and short rest periods, you will push yourself to your limits and leave with that incredible endorphin rush.

Wouldn’t it be great if you could just click your fingers and ‘hey presto!’ – you’ve the leaner legs, toned tummy and the pert bum you’ve always dreamed about. Unfortunately, nothing’s ever that easy, but this class is a great place to start! Get ready to squat, lunge, crunch and lift as you burn some calories and tone the key areas of your lower body.


Legs, Bums & Tums

The kettlebell is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment we have in the gym. It's a fat-blitzing ball of iron with a big handle - and it's your ticket to total body strength. This dynamic weight training system improves muscle tone, agility and cardio endurance through a series of controlled movements. It's tough, challenging but very, very effective. So if you're up for it, get ready to swing your kettlebell.

Pump to the beat in this fun barbell class designed to help you burn fat, gain strength and tone your body. You will build confidence using a barbell and learn a range of key exercises that you can use outside the class as well. Fit Pump combines low weights with high repetition movements, building your muscular endurance. Suitable for all abilities, you will see your progression from week to week.


Fit Pump

This class will improve your lower body strength and endurance. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or expert, all fitness levels are welcome. Glutes, quads and hamstrings will all be targeted in this class, helping your develop a strong lower body that will improve your power and stamina in your day to day activities. You will learn new exercises that you can introduce in your own workouts as well as practicing the correct technique so you stay safe and get the most from your training.

Ladies Who Lift is a comprehensive group coaching session and supportive community for women who want to know how to weight train properly, reach their fitness goals, and boost their overall confidence in the gym. This class is held in our free weights area. 


SGT-Ladies Who Lift

Here’s a class that’s designed to deliver all-round benefits, from head to toe. This whole-body workout combines cardio exercises to boost fitness levels with focused resistance training to help you trim down and tone up. You don’t have to be a fitness fanatic to take part, every exercise can be adapted to your level. This is a complimentary workout to all fitness goals, conditioning your body for all exercise-types and sports. 


Body Conditioning

Fire up with 20 minutes of cardio, getting your heart pumping. Then transition into 20 minutes of strength + core exercises to get your muscles pumping. Burn calories and tone muscles in this total-body workout for all abilities.


20 - 20 (Cardio + Strength)

In this small group training (SGT) session you will learn the fundamentals of one of the key freeweight exercises.  Deadlift is a movement that requires correct form in order to maximise its effectiveness as safely as possible.  It primarily targets Hamstrings, Glutes and lower back.  Our trainer will coach you as you perform your deadlift whilst offering tailored technique advice.


SGT-Freeweight Deadlift

Never tried Yoga before? This class is the perfect introduction. You’ll bend and stretch through a series of exercises that will help revitalise your mind and body. Improve the flexibility in your joints and muscles and enjoy some time to re-focus your mind. See your confidence and mobility improving from week to week

Our HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic, strength and conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.


HIIT

Release some stress and have some fun in this energetic class built around the training methods used by boxers. This is a total-body workout, great for burning calories as well as building up your stamina and core strength. You will combine cardio and functional exercises whilst learning different boxing combinations, improving your confidence and co-ordination. With lots of paired exercises, this can be a great class to meet some fellow gym goers. 


Fit Box

Squeeze, squat, lunge and lift your way through this strength class dedicated to 
your legs, core and mighty ‘gluteus maximus’. Incorporating a broad range of 
compound and isolation movements that help you build up your exercise library 
and confidence using weights. Our instructors will help you get those muscles 
fired up, leaving you with that awesome post work-out feeling! Build this class 
into your regular workout plan and start to see the results in those body parts we 
love so much!
