This small group training (SGT) session will showcase the versatility of dumbbells in allowing you to target various muscle groups through a range of movements.  Our trainer will coach you through a dumbbell workout in our freeweights area to highlight how adaptable they are for your fitness needs.

Our Tread Small Group Training (SGT) session will take you through how to set up your treadmill for a safe efficient workout and also maximise your time in the gym.  Our trainers will take you through a series of different approaches to exercising on a treadmill allowing you experience interval training, Hiit, Fartlek options.  You will get technical advice on running technique and pacing.

If it's calories you want to burn, it's time get on your bike! Fit Cycle classes are high energy, hard-core cardio workouts, designed to push you to your limits. And while you're pedalling away, you'll be toning up, strengthening your core and lower body muscles and building up your cardio endurance.

In our glute-focused small group training (SGT) session, you will execute a dynamic lineup of key exercises including the Glute Bridge, Hip Thrust, Goblet Squat, Romanian Deadlift, and Reverse Lunge. Hyrox Foundational

The squat is an excellent foundational freeweight exercise to add to your routine, it can build strength in your lower body boost your calorie burn, help prevent injuries, and improve your balance.  This exercise movement targets various muscle groups, including the quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes.  Our small group training (SGT) session will cover a variety of squats, such as the back squat, front squat, and goblet squat.
