Hyrox Complete

Release some stress and have some fun in this energetic class built around the training methods used by boxers. This is a total-body workout, great for burning calories as well as building up your stamina and core strength. You will combine cardio and functional exercises whilst learning different boxing combinations, improving your confidence and co-ordination. With lots of paired exercises, this can be a great class to meet some fellow gym goers.

Fit Box

Fire up your body in this total-body circuits class. Combine strength, cardio and functional movements as you move through a circuit of high-intensity exercises. Short rest periods allow you to quickly catch your breath before we go again. This is a simple, effective workout that will build up your exercise library and enable you to challenge yourself from week to week. 

Circuits

A strong core is not just about getting that six-pack of your dreams, it is the foundation for good posture, stability and balance and will help you improve your performance across a range of exercises and sports.  This is an efficient and effective exercise class, providing an intense workout to your abs and lower-back muscles. There is no time to rest as we work your core from multiple angles, building up to that awesome abs burn. You'll work muscles you never knew you had!

Abs Blast

The squat is an excellent foundational freeweight exercise to add to your routine, it can build strength in your lower body boost your calorie burn, help prevent injuries, and improve your balance.  This exercise movement targets various muscle groups, including the quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes.  Our small group training (SGT) session will cover a variety of squats, such as the back squat, front squat, and goblet squat.


SGT-Free-weight Squats

This class blends stretching, strengthening postures, mobility and breathwork to help reduce stress, decrease injury and improve your flexibility.

Flexi-stretch

In this small group training (SGT) session you will learn the fundamentals of one of the key freeweight exercises.  Deadlift is a movement that requires correct form in order to maximise its effectiveness as safely as possible.  It primarily targets Hamstrings, Glutes and lower back.  Our trainer will coach you as you perform your deadlift whilst offering tailored technique advice.

Our HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic, strength and conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

Pump to the beat in this fun barbell class designed to help you burn fat, gain strength and tone your body. You will build confidence using a barbell and learn a range of key exercises that you can use outside the class as well. Fit Pump combines low weights with high repetition movements, building your muscular endurance. Suitable for all abilities, you will see your progression from week to week.

Experience a variety of bodyweight exercises, including squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, and burpees, carefully programmed to improve everyday movement patterns. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast, our trainers will guide you through a challenging yet accessible workout which can be tailored to your fitness level.


SGT-Functional-Bodyweight

Wouldn’t it be great if you could just click your fingers and ‘hey presto!’ – you’ve the leaner legs, toned tummy and the pert bum you’ve always dreamed about. Unfortunately, nothing’s ever that easy, but this class is a great place to start! Get ready to squat, lunge, crunch and lift as you burn some calories and tone the key areas of your lower body.


Legs, Bums & Tums

This small group training (SGT) session will educate you on the benefits of Hiit Training whilst utilising some of our Hiit Kit.  You will use a variety of kit including rowers, battleropes, slam balls and kettlebells.  Your training element will focus on intervals on the a variety of kit that target cardiovascular improvements and high calorie burn. The strategic combination of this type  of equipment ensures a full-body workout that promotes endurance, strength, and stamina.
