You will build confidence using a barbell and learn a range of key exercises that you can use outside the class as well. Fit Pump combines low weights with high repetition movements, building your muscular endurance. Suitable for all abilities, you will see your progression from week to week.

Ladies Who Lift is a comprehensive group coaching session and supportive community for women who want to know how to weight train properly, reach their fitness goals, and boost their overall confidence in the gym. This class is held in our free weights area.

Fire up your body in this total-body circuits class. Combine strength, cardio and functional movements as you move through a circuit of high-intensity exercises. Short rest periods allow you to quickly catch your breath before we go again. This is a simple, effective workout that will build up your exercise library and enable you to challenge yourself from week to week. 

Circuits

The squat is an excellent foundational freeweight exercise to add to your routine, it can build strength in your lower body boost your calorie burn, help prevent injuries, and improve your balance.  This exercise movement targets various muscle groups, including the quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes.  Our small group training (SGT) session will cover a variety of squats, such as the back squat, front squat, and goblet squat.

training designed to burn at least 400 calories every class. Increase your

cardio, strength and functional exercises. This is a full body workout that will

Our trainer will educate you about how incorporating a variety of barbell exercises into a well-rounded workout routine can contribute significantly to achieving fitness goals.  As with any exercise, proper form and technique are crucial to maximise benefits and minimise the risk of injury.

Our HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, 'robic, strength and conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

This class blends stretching, strengthening postures, mobility and breathwork to help reduce stress, decrease injury and improve your flexibility.

Flexi-stretch

Our Core Health small group training (SGT)  session aims to provide you with valuable insights and practical knowledge on the importance of a strong and healthy core. Our trainer will educate you about the anatomy of the core, the role it plays in overall well-being, coach you through how to train it effectively.  Working through core activation, planks, abdominal crunches and rotational movements utilising a variety of equipment you will experience how regular core training will compliment the rest of your training routine.
