Fresh new look at The Gym Group
Refurbished gyms to upgrade your workout. We always want to give our members the best gym experience, so we continue to invest in our gyms. Gym refurbishments can vary in scale from gym to gym, but we always work up a sweat and give it our all!
A common gym refurbishment will see us adding extra dumbbells up to 50kg to meet all of your lifting needs and if your gym doesn't currently have them, they'll be coming very soon! For our members into functional training, upgrades will often include new state of the art SkiErgs and assault bikes.
In our larger scale upgrades, we'll also add new Olympic lifting areas to give you the optimum environment to squat, deadlift and more. Training for a marathon, 10k or just looking to build fitness? Again our gym refurbishments will have you covered! Expect new treadmills, climbmills and rowers to help get your blood pumping.
Finally sometimes our changing rooms just need a little TLC and these will involve shower refits, new lockers or simply a new coat of paint to ensure you have a great experience before and after your workout. We hope members love the new upgrades in their gym!
