Fit Box Circuits is a fast-paced and high intensity class based on the training methods used by boxers. You will move your way around a number of stations, alternating between cardio, strength and boxing exercises. With quick combinations and short rest periods, you will push yourself to your limits and leave with that incredible endorphin rush.

Fire up your body in this total-body circuits class. Combine strength, cardio and functional movements as you move through a circuit of high-intensity exercises. Short rest periods allow you to quickly catch your breath before we go again. This is a simple, effective workout that will build up your exercise library and enable you to challenge yourself from week to week. 

Circuits

Yoga means 'the union of mind, body and soul'. Seem a bit deep for you? Just wait until you've tried the stretches. Working through a sequence of postures - or asanas - you'll improve your flexibility, build muscle strength and ease tension. As always, let your breath fuel every move. Abs Blast 

Pump to the beat in this fun barbell class designed to help you burn fat, gain strength and tone your body. You will build confidence using a barbell and learn a range of key exercises that you can use outside the class as well. Fit Pump combines low weights with high repetition movements, building your muscular endurance. Suitable for all abilities, you will see your progression from week to week.

Fit Pump

This class blends stretching, strengthening postures, mobility and breathwork to help reduce stress, decrease injury and improve your flexibility.

Flexi-stretch

Never tried Yoga before? This class is the perfect introduction. You'll bend and stretch through a series of exercises that will help revitalise your mind and body. Improve the flexibility in your joints and muscles and enjoy some time to re-focus your mind. See your confidence and mobility improving from week to week

Fit Balance

Ladies Who Lift is a comprehensive group coaching session and supportive community for women who want to know how to weight train properly, reach their fitness goals, and boost their overall confidence in the gym. This class is held in our free weights area.
