• Optimum size 14 - 20,000 sq ft. Maximum two floors. Lower ground floors considered.

• City centre or Out of town / Retail park / Mixed Use / Regeneration / Roadside locations all considered
• Densely populated locations
• Good floor to ceiling height
• Highly visible locations easily accessible by public transport
• Free on-site or easily accessible car parking in provincial city locations
