Lower Body Blast Class
ABOUT THE CLASS
This class will improve your lower body strength and endurance. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or expert, all fitness levels are welcome. Glutes, quads and hamstrings will all be targeted in this class, helping your develop a strong lower body that will improve your power and stamina in your day to day activities. You will learn new exercises that you can introduce in your own workouts as well as practicing the correct technique so you stay safe and get the most from your training.
