Pelvic Floor Health Workshop - Specifically designed to help strengthen your pelvic floor, the vital part of your core we don’t have a machine for. Discussion, breath work and whole body and pelvic floor exercises to help deliver a range of health benefits.

Fear not, all our gyms, offer our Ladies Who Lift session which is part of our small group training offering, and are focused on helping women feel confident lifting free weights.
In a group of no more than 6, you’ll get more 1-1 support from our qualified fitness trainers.
