Intro to Lower Body Workouts

Some of the exercises we’ve listed here call for equipment, such as dumbbells, barbells, or kettlebells—but it’s optional. In most cases, you can simply use your own bodyweight to still get an effective workout; it will just be less intense. Having said that, it’s often best to practice weight workouts without weights to begin with to master the form, so you’ll be off to a good start either way.
