Step-By-Step Guide: How to Use a Treadmill
Step 1: Power Up

Locate the power switch, usually near the base at the front of the treadmill.

Flip the switch to the "On" position. The console display should light up.
Step 2: Safety Clip

Find the safety clip (a red clip attached to a cord).

Attach the clip securely to your clothing in a place where it will pull free if you fall.
Step 3: Get Started

Stand on the side rails of the treadmill.

Press the "Start" or "Quick Start" button on the console.

The belt will begin moving slowly. Carefully step onto the belt.
Step 4: Choose Your Workout

Manual Workout: Use the arrow keys or "+"/"-" buttons to adjust the speed and incline to your desired levels.

Preset Workouts: Press the program buttons (like "Hills" or "Fat Burn") to select a pre-programmed workout. The treadmill will automatically adjust speed and incline.
Step 5: Monitor Your Progress
- The console screen displays important information like: Time, Distance, Speed, Incline, Calories burned and Heart rate (if using handgrip sensors or a compatible heart rate monitor)

Wait for the belt to fully stop before stepping off.
