You might be here to get your blood pumping, your muscles flexing or just to try something completely different - but whatever you want from your workout, we’ve got the kit to get you there.

At every one of our gyms, you’ll find at least 170 items of high spec equipment and free weights to use to your heart’s content. Best of all, our exercise machines are super-green: 70% use no electricity at all – they’re powered by you.

Don’t forget, if you need a quick demo of any of the machines or equipment at any point, all you have to do is ask. We’ll be happy to show you.

 

Cardio Machines

If it’s a good old cardio-workout you’re after, you’ll find all the equipment you need and more at The Gym. Whether you’re training for a marathon, or just want to keep your fitness ticking over, cardio machines are a must for any workout plan. Each machine will get your heart pumping and your pulse racing in different ways – and target different muscle groups too.

Myride indoor cycling

Imagine getting on your bike and following the world's greatest cycle tracks, down dramatic mountainsides or through city streets. Well now you can, from the comfort of The Gym.

Myride® is an exhilarating, fun, fitness adventure where you can take on the most challenging road races at a level to suit you. There are thousands of tracks to choose from, stacks of music and over a million workouts for building your own personalised cycle programme.

There’s an on-screen instructor to show you how it’s done. All you need to do is grab your gym kit and your headphones, then get on your bike.

Weight Machines

Triceps, biceps... even your gluteus maximus. Whatever muscle group you want to work on, we’ve got just the right equipment to give your weight training a lift.

Our weight machines are designed to isolate certain muscle groups while giving you the support you need to get the most from your workout. You’ll find a machine to help you flex every major muscle group in your body.

Free weights are great if you want to concentrate on a certain area of your body. They give you more freedom of movement, and are great for building core strength and balance. If you haven’t used free weights before or need a few pointers to check you’re doing it right, just ask.

Whether it’s a leg day or an arm day, you’ll always find the right equipment here.

Low-impact workout area

This workout area has all the space you need for those low-impact exercises. So feel free to stretch out, warm up, warm down, or even throw a few yoga shapes.

You’ll find all the equipment you need too, from exercise balls to yoga mats and more, helping you to build flexibility, core strength and great posture. All we ask is that you put it back where it belongs after you’ve finished with it, so that the next person who comes along can use it too.
