Liverpool Lucie Riches North West Champion

The Gym would like to congratulate Lucie Riches, who is a Personal Trainer at The Gym Group in Liverpool ONE, for winning her category in the 2010 North West Power Lifting Championships on Sunday 17th January 2010.

Lifting in her debut contest for the BDFPA, Lucie was as strong as ever and recorded a huge deadlift PB of 110kg in her final lift of the day to secure her title.
