These FREE classes, which are strictly for ladies only, will be held every Saturday at 10.30am, commencing from Saturday 22nd October 2011.
Liam O'Reilly, one of The Gym Guildford's experienced Personal Trainers, will be taking the class and will show you how to safely use free weights to target every body part. Should you be interested in taking part, please meet at the vending machines in The Gym 10 minutes before the class is due to start.
