Guildford Bike Hoops

As a general point to all the members at Guildford. We have now installed bike hoops for those of the members who want to get even fitter and cycle into The Gym from home or work. We have installed 10 new hoops on the site, including two directly in front of The Gym entrance. Please use the hoops to secure your bikes to and not the railings at the Porsche garage. Just remember ' The more you move, the faster you lose' so get on your bikes and cycle to The Gym.
