The Gym Kingston - 1st Birthday!

It's The Gym Kingston's 1st Birthday on June the 16th 2012!

To celebrate this landmark The Gym Kingston is throwing on some fun things for our fantastic members to to get involved in.

Monday 11th is Pamper Day:

'Complexshone' are coming to show off the newest forms of treatments such as microdermabrasion facials, chemical peel, mesotherapy and glam eyelashes whilst also giving away free tasters.

Tuesday 12th is Injury and Health Day:

We are offering members with any back pain and sports injuries to see our resident injury specialist. These sessions are completely free and last 1 hour.

Wednesday 13th is Smile Day:

Jiva Dental are coming in offering free competitions to see how white your smile is. There will be free prizes to be won, such as an Ipod shuffle!

Thursday 14th is Fit Tips Day:

We are offering you free advice on how to get more from your gym with free workshops. There will be free workshops and free seminars on nutrition, exercise and rehabilitation.

Friday 15th is Beat the Trainer Day:

All our trainers have fun challenges for you to get involved with. Winners will be placed in a prize draw to win a free bottle of Champagne and other goodies.

Saturday 16th is our Birthday:

We will be cutting the cake and have a guest list at McCluskys, Kingston's premier nightclub.
